Erectile dysfunction occurs when a man can't produce or maintain an erection long enough to perform any sexual performances. How does Fildena 50 mg work ?

Fildena relaxes the muscles in blood vessels and increases the blood flow in the penis leading to an Erection. It is important to note that this drug will not produce an erection without sexual stimulation.

Dosage and Instructions to follow:

Take an initial dosage of 50mg of Fildena. It must be taken orally about an hour before any sexual activity. The dose may be adjusted from 25mg to 100mg depending on the individual's tolerability and the drug's efficacy.

You can take Fildena with or without food. Make sure to keep your meals light if you take it with food.

Seek immediate medical help if an allergic reaction to Fildena arises characterized by difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Seek Immediate medical help if an erection lasts more than 4 hours. If the side effect is ignored, it can cause permanent damage to the penis.
